Tap inspections of any kind - call the main office to make an appointment. Fee: No charge.
Water main activation/Pressure tests - requires a minimum of 2 hours and 2 employees. Please call the main office to make an appointment. Please make sure the contractor that is performing the pressure test is present. ARJWW employees do not perform the pressure test (they operate the hydrants, observe the pressure test itself, witness the chlorination/dechlorination, water main flush & bacteria sample). Fee: $500 (additional observation/acts $100/hr). Must be paid prior to test. See page 2 of fee schedule.
Hydrant flow test for fire suppression - roughly 30 mins - 1 hour & ideally requires 2 ARJWW employees. Please call the main office to make an appointment. Please make sure the engineer or sprinkler company that is performing the hydrant flow test is aware that ARJWW employees do not perform the flow test or calculations etc. ARJWW employees operate the necessary hydrants & observe the flow test. Fee: $500. Must be paid prior to test.
