The Town of Rockland, MA (the “Town”) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the complete and total historical restoration of its 1869 Hunneman Hand Tub fire apparatus. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to M.G.L. c.30B s.5.

All bids must be received by Rockland Town Hall by 3:00pm on April 29, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids submitted after this time will be disqualified and returned to the proposer.
All bids must include a non-collusion form, tax compliance certificate, bid pricing sheet, and references.
Bidders may correct, modify, or withdraw a proposal by sealed, written notice, clearly marked as a correction, modification, or withdrawal, and received at Rockland Town Hall at least 4 hours prior to the time and date for submission of the bids.
All bid prices submitted in response to this IFB must remain firm for forty-five (45) days following the bid opening.

The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to cancel this IFB, to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
