Special Town Meeting will also be held at the same time to complete budgetary needs for fiscal 2012. The Town Meeting will start at 7:00 pm on May 7th at Rockland High School Auditorium located at 52 MacKinlay Way.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>SEB is currently working with South Shore Tri-Town Development Corporation (SSTTDC) and LNR in the redevelopment of the South Weymouth Naval Air Station into the Master Planned Community known as “SouthField”.  We are now accepting applications for The Commons at SouthField Highlands (a new rental complex). </p>
<p>The Commons at SouthField Highlands is a 226 unit apartment community located in SouthField. There will be 23 Affordable apartments which will be rented to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. There will also be 23 Workforce apartments which will be rented to households with incomes between 80% and 120% of area media income.</p>
